update: she passed away this morning... everyone said she was waiting for my brother to return, who arrived this afternoon... i don't know what the plans are for the near future.

hi everyone... if you haven't gotten a personalized email about this, sorry, but this is just the easiest way to let everyone know...
my grandmother had a stroke over the weekend. we're not expecting her to make it. it's not any biggie, but the family is going to be busy soon for obvious reasons. with this going on, it looks like i might not make it to that workshop after all... and my parents have kinda ditched the idea of canada. on the plus side, relatives are coming back and friends shall be visiting (it is independence week, after all), so at least there'll be company soon.
